Changes and cancellations
We know plans change. Our aim is to keep things fair and clear. The terms below apply to direct bookings made through this site; your booking confirmation will always set out the terms that apply to your specific stay.
Cancelling your stay
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as you can. The notice period and any refund or credit that applies will be shown at the time you book and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Changing your dates
Where we can, we’re happy to help you move your dates rather than cancel. Get in touch and we’ll do our best to find something that works.
Weddings and whole-property bookings
Bookings for weddings or both villas together may have their own terms given the planning involved. We’ll confirm these with you before you book.
